On the sacred day of Friday, 30th May 2014, the divine presence of Pancha Durga Shree Nageshi Mahalakshmi was installed in Bengaluru, marking the second consecration of this supreme deity across the globe. The original shrine is located in Cherlai, Cochin, Kerala, where the deity has been worshipped with devotion for over 500 years.

Within the holy precincts, the Goddess is accompanied by revered upadevathas:
- Shree Maha Ganapathi (Vishnu Ganapathi), remover of obstacles and bestower of wisdom.
- Shree Naga Devatha, guardian of spiritual energy and fertility.
- Kshethrapala, protector of the sacred grounds.
Together, they sanctify the temple with their eternal blessings.

In the sanctum, the following sacred forms are enshrined and energized daily through Abhishekam, Stotram, Naivedya, and Aarthi:
- Sri Vishnu Saligrama
- Shiva Linga
- Naga Deity
The temple also nurtures the rare and auspicious Bangara Lakshmi Couplet Tree, a celestial gift believed to ease financial burdens and bless devotees with abundance and prosperity. Its presence is a living symbol of the Goddess’s compassion and care for Her children.
